Seeds are little miracles that are responsible for 99% of what we eat everyday. Come out to hear seed expert, farmer, and plant breeder Erin Shaw talk about why seed biodiversity matters, and how farmers and plant breeders conserve and create diversity. Farmers Amy and Verena of Heart Beet Organic Farm will lead a brief farm tour after the talk. Snacks, including Heart Beet kombucha will be served!
