The 2018 conference will be held at the exquisite Delta Prince Edward hotel in Charlottetown, PE. The conference takes place from Monday, November 26th until Wednesday, November 28th. Vendors may book hotel lodging accommodation for the duration of a conference at a discounted price before October 26th, 2018. Pricing will be subject to regular rates after this date

I need more Trade Show space, what do I do?
Exhibitors have two options:
*On-site, indoor and outdoor demonstration space is reserved inside the Farm Centre (a ten-minute walk from the hotel venue) and is available throughout the three-day conference.
Set-up is scheduled for early Monday morning from 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM. ACORN will provide a buffet breakfast for trade show vendors at 10 AM. Attend for opening remarks and information about the conference schedule from ACORN's Development Coordinator and Executive Director.
Monday: 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM **Please be advised that the Trade Show reopens for vendor participation at the Kick-Off at 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM**
Tuesday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday: 8AM - 12 PM
Unfortunately, ACORN cannot guarantee refunds in the case of exhibitor absence. We ask that exhibitors have a backup exhibitor planned or co-exhibitors to help ensure attendance. We appreciate and rely on the support of advanced commitments from conference vendors and sponsors to make the conference an ongoing success.
