From the farmer, to the miller, to the baker, Oechsner Farms is an organic grain farm that works as part of a fully integrated grain enterprise. The workshop will cover why and how they developed (and maintain) these partnerships, and what it means for the farm and wider community. The session will also touch on their work with local micro-breweries and distilleries which further diversifies farm income and partnerships, and adds value to their organic grain.
