Scott Anderson holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. From 1992 to 2008, he worked for the PEI Department of Agriculture as an Extension Specialist in the areas of Soil and Water Conservation, Nutrient Management, and also served as the Provincial Agricultural Water Management Specialist. It was also during this time that he was the Technical Lead for AAFC’s National Water Supply Expansion Program for the Province. In 2008, Scott joined AAFC to work with the newly formed Agri Environment Services Branch (AESB). He developed and implemented numerous water-related projects with watershed groups, Industry associations, and provincial governments in all four Atlantic provinces as the Regional Water Resources Engineer for the Atlantic Region.
